Instructions - Drink Mix: Add 1/4 teaspoon (1.6 grams) of this Sugar Free Drink Mix to 1 Cup (8 fl ounces) of water and stir until dissolved. Adjust to taste and enjoy! As a sugar free drink mix, a 4.5 ounce pouch makes approximately 5 Gallons or 80 - 8 ounce servings.
